We must receive your postmarked return within 20 days of your order date, International orders are allowed 30 days. Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
If you feel that you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria: Intimates (i.e. Self-Adhesive Bras), Face Masks, Swimwear, any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale, and Gift cards
Please note: Items will be shown as final sale when they are put in your shopping cart and will also show up as final sale on the receipt included with your order.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns.
Due to limited inventory if you wish to exchange your item for another size or color then we strongly suggest that you place a new order immediately and then return the unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve the returned item, we will issue a store credit via a digital gift card or mail out the preferred product. (The customer is responsible for shipping charges in reference to exchanges.) We do not offer exchanges on Final Sales. (See Return Policy)

Express packages are shipped the same day if the order is placed by 1 pm central standard time. All express orders placed after 1 pm will ship out the next day.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost/stolen, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied address from customer, unclaimed/ refused by the customer, misdelivered or reflects a “delivered” status by the carrier. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. USPS 800-275-8777.
Sometimes USPS updates tracking information will show "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up. We are not responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with weather and package origin and destination.
If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is returned to us the customer will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items only! Shipping charges will not be refunded.
